DRYBAR – Okay, we heard all of the hype, and we needed to check it out ourselves.  Any place that hands out a mimosa when we walk in already has an advantage.  Bright, cheery, and sleek, the DryBar salon has everything you might want for a blowout.  That’s right, they only do blowouts, which to us is the ultimate luxury.  Feeling too lazy to do your own hair or just want a little pick-me-up treat? 2) TRUE & CO. – (Disclaimer – this one is for the ladies) Shout out to our girl Hannah for turning us on to True & Co.  A new spin on that age-old dilemma of bra shopping.  Yes, we all hate it, but it is a necessary evil.  This, though, is a revelation.  They ask questions about how things fit on you, and give you a selection of bras to choose from for your first purchase.  The items are sent to your home (yes! no more struggling in the dressing room!) and at your leisure you can try on up to five beautiful pieces.  It’s up to you if you want to keep them, or send them back at no charge (we love that part).  You pay a base price of $48.95 for the first order, and then anything you purchase, you pay the balance.  If you want to send the whole thing back, no problem.  Brilliant idea, great execution.  Try it here > 

3) COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF’s Cherry Vanilla Tea – Now that all of the hoopla of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over, we wanted to share one of our favorite products from that promotion.  Out for a limited time and supporting Breast Cancer Awareness, this slightly sweet and fruity with a hint of vanilla tea (a mix of white and green tea) is great for getting your morning started right.  And a portion of the proceeds go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to support its mission to save lives through early detection and provide mammograms to those in need. 4) NBC’s Blacklist, a new show we just can’t figure out (this never happens).  James Spader is once again devilishly devious and deceptive as Raymond Reddington, a mastermind criminal who is toying with the FBI. Airs on Monday nights at 10/9 CST.

5) DOMINO MAGAZINE – The heartbreak of losing this amazing home decor magazine a few years ago to the travails of the publishing business has now been replaced with euphoria, as it is back as a quarterly and web magazine.  Decorators rejoice! www.domino.com
