Start your engines…

Hello friends! This week we celebrate eating.  That’s right, stuffing your face, filling your gullet, eating with your stretchy pants on (in my Italian family, that’s called “blort wear”).  So take a seat as we share some ridiculously good and downright healthy recipes to serve at your Thanksgiving table.  After all, don’t you want to feed the people things that will keep them around? Or at least coming back to dinner at your house? Maybe not that crazy uncle…

We have our own brussels sprout recipe that has been requested by our gracious Thanksgiving hostess for the second year in a row.  Ever make sprouts for 40 people? Crazytown.  We’ll share that later this week, and also some other hearty winter delights that are sure to fuel your body, not just fill your belly (and are magically delicious:)).
