I live in a nice house, drive a nice car and can afford to buy some really great French Red Wine… am I successful?  At what I do for a living? Yes, probably.  At how I take care of my clients.. yes very… At how I take care of myself… well, not so much.

I have struggled with my weight my whole life, but always convinced myself I was one of those “fit fat people” I played a good standard of Rugby till I was in my mid-20’s and have been trying to pay that exercise forward ever since…

The truth is, while I worked my ass off to become successful, I completely ignored to actually work my ever growing ass off.

This diary will be an everyday account of how not to deal with Diabetes whilst dealing with having type 2 Diabetes….

It will be simple guide of how to pretend to eat right and how to fool your doctor.

But mainly how in the end how NOT to fool yourself…
