What’s the easiest way to lower your risk of breast cancer? Start walking.  Yep, that simple.  In a recent study published by PLoS One, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory researchers found that those women who had engaged in moderate activity every week lessened their chance of dying from breast cancer by 42%.  Hello, people!!! 42 PERCENT!! That’s major!

The body produces more estrogen if you are overweight, so exercising alters how estrogen is broken down in the body as either a benign or harmful byproduct (Source: Prevention Magazine).  If that’s not reason enough to get your sneaks on, it should be. Get moving!!  :mrgreen:
