If you like to partake in the occasional adult beverage, and you are trying to lose weight, fear not, you may be able to do both.  If you count the calories of that alcoholic drink as part of your daily intake, while there is no nutritional value, you may imbibe.  Just stick to one glass of something low calorie, like white wine or light beer, and save those pina coladas for vacation!
