Walk away from that grape juice. Pick up the water.
HOT TIP: Did you know that a glass of grape juice could contain up to 13 types of pesticide residues? And let’s not get started on the sugar (it can equal up to TWO Snickers bars – sorry, had to say it).
Even natural juice is high in sugar and calories from the fruit. That’s not usually a problem when you are eating an apple, but not the equivalent of a half dozen. It’s also generally lost most of the good stuff, like the fiber.
So skip the juice with its calories and pesticides, and drink good old H2O.
