HOT TIP: A new report from Harvard researchers found that women who ate processed foods were more likely to suffer from depression than those who ate natural foods.  This from a 12 year study with 43,000 women participating. Stick to those leafy greens, orange veggies, olive oil and even coffee to keep your spirits high.
