Spotlight: CSC/Spanish Speaking Support Groups
Our friends at the Cancer Support Community – Benjamin Center, located in Santa Monica, California, offer support groups for those people with cancer who are Spanish speaking only. There are a number of wonderful programs available to help those members of the community. Your local CSC chapter may have a similar program.
In Los Angeles, there are a few of these groups:
1) Grupo de Apoyo is for those with all diagnoses of cancer and their families. It meets at California Hospital, Donald P. Loker Cancer Center, 1338 South Hope Street, Room B31, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
