Ginger is a an anti-inflammatory and cancer fighter while the sesame is good for cholesterol and fighting off free radicals. This dish is inexpensive and simple to make. It’s a regular on the menu at our house, either as a side, a meal on its own with a grain like quinoa or in a stir-fry. The crunch is divine!
