HOT TIP: Eat Out or Cook at Home

MNU-ICONS-HEALTH

Think it’s easier to eat out than cook at home? Is it easier to lose all the extra weight you’ll gain by letting someone else do the work? Ummm. No.

HOT TIP: According to a Drexel University study, the average meal at a restaurant contains well over your daily recommended calories. The average? 1495 calories! In one meal!

Try making a few meals at home, or even better, make them on the weekend in advance so you grab something healthy when you are in a rush or too tired to cook.

Just takes a little planning to make better decisions about what you use to fuel that powerhouse body of yours. You can do it!
