A few minutes a day of meditation could help you in more ways than you could have imagined.

HOT TIP:  According to a study by Johns Hopkins University, just 30 minutes per day of meditation could take the place of antidepressants by reducing low-level anxiety and depression – it’s just as effective! That’s pretty amazing, right?  Just be sure to check with your doctor first.
