Here’s a HOT TIP:

 

Recent research shows that eating spicy foods once or twice a week might extend your life span, and people who ate them even more had lower rates of heart and respiratory disease. Capsaicin, which gives peppers their bite, is one reason.

 

 

So are vitamins A, B6, and C (eat fresh peppers to get more). Toss peppers into omelets, soups or use for snacks. Whatever you do, it’s easy to spice it up a little!
