RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your KittyComfortBox™ purchase, we will happily exchange your apparel or refund your payment within 30 days of purchase. Please note all items must be returned unwashed/unused in its original packaging with all tags attached along with the original invoice.

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you were given your KittyComfortBox™ as a gift and want to exchange your items, exchanges are FREE!

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to your KittyComfortBox™ account.

All exchanges are based on stock availability.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Please send an email to customerservice@mynewusual.com and include the following information with your return/exchange:

 

First/last name
Shipping address/billing address
Phone number
Order Number (located at the top of your invoice)
Item for exchange or return
Reason for exchange or return

 

If you do not include the necessary information, we will be unable to process the return/exchange.

 

Please return the item(s) in the original packaging and include the invoice and return/exchange form with your pre-paid shipping label.

 

*Final sale items may not be returned

 

PREPAID SHIPPING

A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at KittyComfortBox™/MyNewUsual™ within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time.

 

1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise.

2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to the package.

3. Drop off your package at a Fedex location or call www.fedex.com to arrange for a free pick-up.

4. Please keep the top portion of the label for your records and tracking.

5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

 

Please note that packages received after 30 days will incur a fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.

 

SHIPPING

If you decide not to use the pre-paid label for return, or have misplaced that label, you may return the items for refund or exchange by sending them to:

PROCESSING

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from receipt to process returns/exchanges. Credit card charges will process in 1-2 billing cycles.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive any damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at customerservice@mynewusual.com immediately. We will happily replace or refund your purchase at no further cost to you.

Colors of products on the MyNewUsual™ website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

Everything in our store is checked for quality before shipping. Should you receive any faulty merchandise, please let us know immediately at customerservice@mynewusual.com.

 

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense.
