The BEST Super Bowl Dip (and it’s healthy)!

This is the BEST dip for any party. It’s incredibly easy to throw together. It’s also SUPER healthy! Roasted red pepper hummus, greek yogurt and colorful vegetables, perfecto. We know you’ll love it as much as we do. Yamas!

Greek Layer Dip

Recipe

*Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus (recipe below)
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup kalamata olives, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup Greek-style feta cheese
1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon oregano

Spread hummus in bottom of bowl.  Layer with yogurt, vegetables, cheese and olives.  Sprinkle spices and serve with pita chips.

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus

Recipe

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and halved
juice of one medium lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Kosher salt

DIRECTIONS:

Roast halved bell pepper on gas flame or grill until lightly charred. Place pepper in baggie for five to ten minutes. Scrape off the charred skin.

Add bell pepper and remaining ingredients to food processor or blender.  Season with salt to taste.
