We have made this cocktail quite a few times already this season, to the delight of all who enjoyed it. Fresh, fruity, sparkling, and light, this colorful punch is going to be the hit of your holiday party.

For one 79.3 oz pitcher (or 9.912 Cups):

  • 1 32 oz. bottle pomegranate juice
  • 1 750 ml bottle Brut Rosé sparkling wine (prosecco, cava, or champagne)
  • 1 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup Cointreau
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice
  • Cranberry Sugar for rim (we use this)
  • Frozen grapes
  • Pomegranate arils (seeds)
  1. In a pitcher, add sparkling wine of your choice (we use prosecco), Grand Marnier, and Cointreau. Stir.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice.
  3. To keep the drink cold, add frozen grapes to the pitcher.
  4. Use lime wedges to add liquid to the rim of the glass, then apply the sugar to the rim. (Here’s a tutorial.)
  5. Pour the cocktail into the glass, and garnish with pomegranate arils.
  6. Enjoy!
