Heirloom Tomato Salad
A light summer salad that always delivers! Sliced heirloom tomatoes topped with a light drizzle of olive and balsamic. Tomatoes and basil are good cancer fighters, chock full of antioxidants!
3 large heirloom tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
½ container of fresh mozzarella
5 to 10 fresh basil leaves
Sea salt and fresh black pepper
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange on plate. Add basil leaves, then drizzle oil and vinegar.
Add salt and pepper and serve.
