According to a new study from Skidmore College’s exercise and nutrition scientist Paul Arciero, Ph.D., those subjects (males and females) that practiced various forms of exercise on a regular basis lost TWICE as much weight as those who did only one type of exercise weekly.  Over four months, Arciero found that those overweight subjects whose workouts included strength training, interval training and yoga lost more weight than those with one type of workout – and neither set of subjects cut calories. So get out there, mix it up, and knock off those pounds!
