Thought of the Day – Focus on the Good

 

It’s so easy to start off the day thinking about everything that’s not working – bad boss, financial problems, relationship issues. But what if we start with what is good instead? Maybe it’s as simple as a roof over your head or food in the fridge, or go a step further and think about that assignment at work you aced, or the way you helped someone out and it made their day better, or hey, you lost a few pounds.

Flip your thinking and start with the good stuff, then keep going. Pretty soon those things that were bringing you down are not as major, and the things that lift you up keep you smiling. We promise, it works.
