Whether you are experiencing a serious illness or that of a loved one, or the everyday travails of life, there is assistance when you need it. Let’s face it, none of us were prepared to deal with the events of the last year. We could all use a little help working through the changes we’ve experienced in just about every area of our lives.

Here’s a few we recommend:

Founders Kim and Robynne created the app as a way to give grieving people a space to privately connect, chat and support each other in finding a new usual. You can find it on iOS, Android and the web.

Another favorite of ours is GriefShare‘s daily email. For 365 days, you can receive an encouraging email every day for a year to both inspire and comfort you and to impart practical information as you go through your grieving process.
